TOUR MARBLE CAVES

Visit the famous marble caves 
DESCRIPTION:
You travel 165km along the coast of lake General Carrera to get to Puerto Tranquilo where you hop on a motor boat that takes you to the marble caves, the marble chapels and the famous marble cathedral.

BASIC TOUR 
 

  • Transfer in a 4x4 vehicle from Chile Chico to Puerto Tranquilo and return, exclusive for passengers of Patagoniaxpress.

  • Driver is a guide

  • Boat ride in shared boat to the Marble Caves, Chapels and Cathedral *

  • Stops on the way: Viewpoint Laguna Verde (Green Lagoon), Quebrada del Diablo (Canyon of the Devil), Viewpoint “Paso las Llaves” (Pass of the Keys), Waterfall “El Maqui”, Drain of Lake General Carrera **

* Optionally you can choose a private boat, which means an immediate departure (no waiting until the boat is full) and better views of the marble sights. 

** As this is a private and personalized tour you can add any stops you consider necessary (photo stops, breaks, etc.)

This is a full day tour. Time of departure, breaks and photo stops upon client's preferences.   
 

RECOMMENDATIONS:

- During high season (October to March) you need to book your trip in advance 

- Don't forget to take a wind breaker 

- The boat is open air, which makes it possible to enter the caves
